Our accounting principles
We highlight three fundamental approaches that we govern to conduct the accounting: First approach – taxes: The bookkeeping itself not so complex subject: to make accounting entries, prepare account statements, bookkeeping sheets, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and to send reports to the tax authorities - can be learned for 3-4 months at the special course. And any accountant or accounting firm, will be good until in your company started a tax audit.
That is why good bookkeeper does not exist without a good lawyer who is well oriented in a mass of Laws, all sorts of rules of the Ministry Cabinet, instructions NRS, FKTK, CBS, KNAB and other regulations. This approach is a first priority for us in providing accounting services.
Second approach – time: Bookkeeping takes time. Regardless of whether your company does or does not conduct any activities - every month in NRS must be filed reports on the movement of personnel, social and personal income taxes, VAT report, etc. We construct our work in such a manner, as to distract a client from business activities as rare as possible. Ultimately, all that is required from the client once a month send us bank statements, invoices, receipts and other supporting documents. We contact with our clients only on the essential issues of the company, but at the same time, always ready to answer customer’s questions and assist in the challenges related to taxation. Third approach – price: An important factor when selecting an accounting firm is the cost of accounting services. In practice, are used two pricing approaches: the rate for 1 hour of working time and the rate depending on the number of documents or accounting transactions. We are confident that the second approach is more valid in relation to the client, as the documents or the number of transactions is always easy to check and verify the accuracy of our invoicing. We also eliminate the need to measure time spent at work with your documents, while the number of accounting entries software calculates automatically.
