Rent of registered (legal) address
Registered address is an essential condition for any Latvian company, as well as for representative offices for foreign merchants. According to the Commercial Law of the Republic of Latvia legal address is the address where the Board of Directors is available. Therefore, if someone decides to make sure that the Board of your company is really available at our registered address, our secretary will always be able to confirm it (also documentary).

Rent of postal (business) address
We will receive your correspondence and/or parcels. Depending on your instructions: to store, to send in scanned form or by post to your address, or give your authorized person. If you do not need to rent your own office, you can specify our address on your business cards, website, letterhead, etc.
Price: € 90 per year, excluding VAT
Phone and fax numbers
To each customer is assigned a separate (personal) telephone number and for calls the Secretary answers in the name of your company, in Russian, Latvian or English. According to the instructions she will record the messages for your company and/or will transmit information you left. You will be instantly notified of all incoming calls, in any convenient way to you. You can also forward incoming calls from our phone to yours, and vice versa. All received faxes are forwarded to your e-mail address, and you can send faxes directly from your computer.

Workplaces
You can use our workplaces with computers, all necessary office equipment, direct access to the Internet, telephone and fax. You can type documents yourself or to entrust it to Secretary. Print documents in color or black-and-white printer, to record information on a CD/DVD’s, make temporary business cards, letterheads, etc.
Cost: € 7,50 per hour, excluding VAT
Meeting room
You can also use the meeting room for negotiations, etc. The room is designed for 4-6 people, equipped with comfortable leather furniture and a projector for presentations. In our office you will always be offered tea, coffee and various sweets, as it is included in the price of rent.
Price: € 15 per hour, excluding VAT
Rent of E-mail Address
We will provide you with a personal e-mail address customer_name@bbcriga.com, which can be viewed through a Web interface or via e-mail programs like MS Outlook, The BAT, etc., and 1 GB space to store data on server.
Price: € 35 per year, excluding VAT
